How to Make a Payment
To keep our prices as competitive as possible, we do not include additional fees that credit card payments typically incur. For this reason, we only accept bank transfers. Please note that PayPal no longer processes payments for tobacco products, so bank transfers are now the only available payment method.
After placing your order, please use your full name and your unique 6-digit order number (which will be sent to you via email) as the description when making the transfer to our bank account. Your order will only be dispatched once we receive payment.
Confirming Your Payment
To help speed up the processing and shipping of your order, please email a photo of your bank transfer receipt to [email protected]. This will allow us to ship your order as soon as payment is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas
We ship to all states and territories within Australia, including residential and business addresses, PO Boxes, and parcel lockers. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs & Times
- Standard Shipping: Starts at $10 and usually takes 4-9 business days.
- Express Shipping: Starts at $15 and typically arrives within 1-4 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may take longer, especially for regional and rural areas.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 1 PM will be dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the following business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number on our tracking page or the Australia Post website to stay updated on your delivery.
Discreet Packaging
We prioritize your privacy. All packages are 100% discreet, with no visible information about the contents or our company name on the outside. This ensures that your delivery can be safely received at your home or office without anyone knowing what's inside.
Responsibility for Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages sent to the wrong address. Once your order is with our shipping partners, we are not liable for any issues. If your package is misplaced, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return window. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item you received is incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Return an Item
To begin a return, please contact us first. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current one. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 4 business days, please contact us.
